Printed orders ship within 24 hours or less (Monday thru Friday) after your final approval of memorial design proof.
Free USPS Priority Shipping normally takes 2 to 5 days in transit.
FedEx 2 Day is available for delivery Monday thru Friday for $16. (No Saturday or Sunday delivery) Orders placed on a Thursday arrive on Monday, Orders placed on a Friday arrive on Tuesday.
FedEx 2 Day Saturday Delivery for orders placed on a Thursday and arrive on Saturday for $35.
FedEx Next Day is available for delivery Monday thru Friday for $60. (No Saturday or Sunday delivery) Orders placed on a Friday arrive on Monday.
FedEx Next Day Saturday Delivery for orders placed on a Friday and arrive on Saturday for $80. to most locations.
Large orders may incur additional cost.
MPC Gift Cards are sent via e-mail.

Most orders ship within 24 hours or sooner after your final approval of design proof Monday through Friday. Once your order has shipped you will receive a Tracking/Delivery Confirmation number via E-mail. Free Shipping by Priority Mail on all orders of Memorial Prayer Cards, Memorial Bookmarks, Memorial Thank You Notes, Memorial Pet Cards, and Memorial Funeral Programs to any address in the United States. Expected delivery in 2 to 5 days.
DELIVERY AND DELAYED SHIPMENTS
Memorial Prayer Cards will make every reasonable effort to deliver the shipment according to your requested delivery date, but the expected delivery date is not guaranteed and do not form part of the contract. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering on the Memorial Prayer Card order form. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time but all dates specified are estimates only and we are not responsible for any delays. In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery.
Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions herein, Memorial Prayer Cards will not accept liability for any costs or losses arising or damage suffered due to late delivery and you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement or entitle you to cancel your order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
REFUND DUE TO DELAYED/LATE DELIVERY
In the event that a shipper (USPS/FedEx) has missed an expected delivery date, the extra shipping amount paid by you will be refunded (with exception to weather/disaster delays: USPS/FedEx, will not refund shipping charges due to weather or events beyond their control. If an adult signature is required and there is no one to sign for it upon first attempt, there will be no refunds. www.usps.com, for their policies regarding delivery. Exceptions such as weather and holidays apply for USPS/FedEx. Request of refund for delayed/late overnight fee must be requested in writing by e-mail with-in seven days and must include the tracking number for the shipment.
