OUR RETURN POLICY
Personalized orders cannot be returned for a refund. We ask customers to proof the design carefully before your giving your approval to print. You will be sent a proof of the design and will be asked to approved the final design for accuracy, spelling, color and grammar of all text (including names, dates, prayer, etc.) on the design and the images used in the design. After final approval the design is printed and cannot be changed.
If you become aware of an error in the information you wrote on your order (incorrect spelling, mis-typed address, wrong date, etc.), please contact us immediately by email (orders@memorialprayercards.com) and we will incoporate edits/revisions before sending you a proof.
