Frequently Asked Questions about Memorial Prayer Cards

Q. How long will it take to receive my order from you?
A. Once we receive your order we will prepare a proof and send it to you for your review and approval. Upon final approval your order is sent to production to be processed. Orders ship M-F only and generally within 24 hours of final approval, larger orders may take longer to process. Our free shipping is by U.S. Priority Mail takes an estimated 2 to 3 days for delivery. We also offer an expedited shipping by U.S. Express Mail for an additional $25 fee. The expedited shipping can be a 1 or 2 day delivery depending upon your location. If your location is remote it may take 2 days for delivery. Tracking info is sent along once all orders have shipped so you will be able to track your order.

Q. Can I get a Memorial Prayer Cards order by the next day?
A. Yes. Often times we can complete and ship an order the same day but it depends on the time of day you place an order and your availability to approve the proof. Once approved orders generally ship within 24 hours.

Q. Are the prayer cards laminated?
A. Yes! Our prayer cards and bookmarks are fully laminated, this helps to protect and preserve the quality of the images for years to come.

Q. Can the cards be ordered non-laminated?
A. We do not offer non-laminated cards as they look and feel unfinished. It is best to have them laminated to stand the test of time.

Q. Does it cost more to have something custom printed on the cards?
A. No. The cards are priced the same. Everything we do here at Memorial Prayer Cards is custom. Each order is set up for each order placed with us. You may submit your own images, photos, artwork, poems, prayers and layout at no additional cost. The only thing to be careful about is images or prayers that may be under copyright, those things we could not reproduce. We also cannot reproduce song lyrics as those are also under copyright. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. May I have the prayer card with no photo?
A. Yes. You may have the prayer card with or without a photo.

Q. Can I remove the website address from the bottom of the card?
A. Yes. We will remove the website if you do not want it to appear on the bottom of the cards. You may also request no website on the order form, we will remove from your order no problem at all.

Q. Can I e-mail you the photo of my loved one?
A. Yes. There are instructions on how to e-mail the photo on the scanning page. Please do not worry about cropping a photo, we can crop and remove others from the photo. Please send the full photo to us and we will be happy to get it ready for the order for you.

Q. Can I use a photo that I took with my digital camera?
A. Yes. There are instructions on how to e-mail the photo on the scanning page.

Q. Can I choose my own prayer?
A. Yes. You may email the prayer, poem or custom sentiment on the order form.

Q. Are you able to produce cards for different occasions?
A. Yes. Again, as all of our work is custom; we are able to work with you in order to produce a card for any occasion. Example, first communion cards, baptism cards, engagement, confirmation, new house, wedding, or birth announcement cards. We are happy to assist with any event you may require cards for.

Q. Can I re-order more cards should I need more?
A. Yes. You are able to re-order additional cards as we do keep all orders on file. Should you wish to re-order, e-mail us with the name of the deceased, the date/month the original order may have been placed or the e-mail it was placed through, the quantity you require and the shipping address for the re-order. Please note there is no minimum quantity required for a re-order but should the quantity for the re-order be below 50, you will be charged for the Priority Mail shipping fee, it will not be included with your order.

Q. Do you accept international orders?
A. Yes. We have completed many international orders. We ship them by International Priority or Express Mail, whichever you prefer. The cost for international shipping will be sent along to you as the shipping will depend on the final destination and the weight of the package. We are happy to provide you with a quote for the shipping.

Q. Do you provide a proof?
A. Yes. We e-mail you a proof for your approval. Should you require any edits, additions or corrections you submit them by e-mail to us. We will make the changes and forward a revised proof for you review and approval. We are happy to make any and all changes you need. We want the order to be just right and the proof allows us to do that prior to going to print. Orders are only printed once you provide us with your final approval (okay to print).

Q. Do you accept credit cards and debit cards?
A. Yes. We accept most major credit cards and debit cards. We process our credit and debit cards through Pay Pal's secure server. Once you place an order you will receive an invoice from Pay Pal requesting payment.

Q. Can I pay by check?
A. Yes. Please be sure to make check payable to Memorial Prayer Cards LLC and mail to: Memorial Prayer Cards LLC, 4062 Thomas St., Unit D04, Oxford, FL 34484. Orders will ship only once payment is received for the order.

Q. Do you sell pre-printed 8-up prayer cards I can print on my own printer?
No. We do not sell any pre-printed prayer cards as noted above, everything we do is custom and each order is set up specifically for each customer. The cards are not pre-printed or perforated so there would be no way for you to cut the cards if we were to sell them in an 8-up format. We are set up here with the equipment needed to print and process the orders.

Q. Can I have a prayer in a different language?
A. Yes. As long as you can send the copy along to us and proof it as we do not have a translator on site to do so. You are responsible for final content.

Q. Can I have the back and the front of the card reversed?
A. Since the cards are two sided we refer to one as the front and one as the back for proof purposed only. It makes no real difference which side is which and whichever side you wish to be the "front" you may simply turn the card over.
